A Carbon Sequestration Proposal for the World
Here is a relatively lengthy proposal for global earth repair, which I wrote in 2010. It is still valid. I would recommend that everyone attending the conference read this proposal before attending. That will give you more “big picture” background to the things we will be discussing at the conference. This will also give you some insights into the thinking of conference convener, Michael Pilarski. At the conference we integrated (to the fullest extent possible) the ideas from all the presenters and participants to come up with proposals.
