Jessie and Carrie Nightwalker – Removing the Snake River Dams
Joining the conference will be Chief Jessie Nightwalker of the Palouse tribe and his mother Carrie Schuster Nightwalker, who have been working for the breaching of the Snake River dams so their tribe’s traditional lands which were flooded by the dams can be restored and the salmon returned.
